*NEW for 2024!* Multi Day Long Range Class!

This course designed for the novice marksman, but it is highly encouraged and recommended for those who have had little or no formal training to attend. 

About the Event:

We will cover basic ballistics, wind reading, range estimation, and target engagements to 1000 yards! Students that complete the course will have a basic proficiency in firearm safety, marksmanship fundamentals, a combined knowledge of their personal capabilities with their equipment and systematic training methods for future progression. This is a classroom and live fire training class! 

Equipment Needed:

• Long Range Semi Auto or Bolt Action Rifle with Scope

• 60 Rounds of Ammo

• Shooting Rest, Bag or Bipod/Monopod

• 1-2 Magazines if applicable

• Eye and Hearing Protection

• Water, Snack

• Notepads/Pencils

• Equipment selection and care

• Building your position, basic fundamentals of marksmanship, trigger control, recoil management

• Employing the milliradian reticule for range estimation

• Understanding MOA and milliradian adjustments

• Introduction to internal and external ballistics

• Data gathering out to 1000 yards

This is now a 2 Day Class!

First Day: The first portion of the Long Range Class will be on Fri -January 5th  9am - 2pm. The first day we will cover equipment, ballistics, zeroing, trajectory, D.O.P.E. cards, range estimation and more! (Lunch is not provided on this day.) 

Second Day: The second portion of the Long Range Class will be on Sat -January 13th 9am- 5pm. This day we will zero and shoot from 100-over 800 yards! (Lunch will be provided.)
